A day to finalize a year-long project cycle Agarkit/Umukit,
created by three women producers who work closely with
circulatory alliances of production, consumption, and decomposition.
-- let's make umuplastic and umupudding with agar-agar (sea algae)
-- let's talk about our economic-ecological models
-- let’s plan to ferment/decompose the umuplastic
-- bring drinks and fun! let’s play music, unwind, and share hugs for everything you’ve done this year

As we are wrapping up the Mountain Algorithms exhibition, we invite you to try out our product Agarkit with us. Using materials hand-picked by a team of four women producers and many collaborators from South Korea and Taiwan, we will make umuplastic and pudding that derive from agar-agar (umutgasari in Korean). Agar-agar is a sea algae that is dear to us in many ways, economically and ecologically, and we would love to share with you the stories, oral histories, and recipes we created over the past few years. It is also a chance to celebrate the end of the exhibition, the end of the harsh year, and everything that you’ve done for the world of hope. Please join us in the last stage of our project cycle!
