「3C形意拳 - 兒童身體開發工作坊」是針對兒童設計的身心工作坊。《3C形意拳》是一套開源協作的新內家拳法,透過互動交流的方式轉換我們與數位科技物件的身體經驗與關係。本課程透過兒童認識太極拳與3C形意拳集體練習的同時,也學習編碼的基本概念,引導孩子們發揮創意開發屬於自己的動作。

工作坊單元包括「指令和序列」、「函數與迴圈」、「二元搜尋樹」等。此活動鼓勵在不插電的遊戲中學習程式,並融入身體動作,以培養孩子們的好奇心、專注力、肌肉力量和放鬆的能力。

 

活動須知:

  1. 建議參與者穿著舒服、適合肢體伸展的服飾
  2. 活動將側拍錄影錄音
  3. 工作坊語言:中文

The "3C Xing Yi Quan- Kid’s Workshop" is a mind-body workshop designed for children. "3C Xing Yi Quan" is an open-source collaborative new martial art itieration that transforms our physical experiences and relationships with digital technology objects through interactive exchanges. In this session, children will learn the basics of Tai Chi and participate in group practices of 3C Xing Yi Quan while also being introduced to basic coding concepts. 

The workshop guides children to creatively develop their own movements. Workshop units include "Commands and Sequences," "Functions and Loops," and "Binary Search Trees." This activity encourages learning programming through unplugged games and incorporates physical movements to cultivate children's curiosity, focus, muscle strength, and relaxation abilities.

  • Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activities and stretching.
  • The event will be recorded on video and audio.
