退貨退款條款

一、緩步動物網站服務條款自中華民國112年7月1日起提供消費者審閱。

二、經營者：緩步動物

三、定義：本條款中所說的學習票券，是指在本網站「You｜學習課程」區塊所列針對現場活動、工作坊、課程等所公開販售並向消費者收取對價之無記名式（或記名式）的電子票券。

本條款中所說的捐款，是指在本網站「 Future｜支持」區塊所列之贊助支持方案。

四、消費者須知

透過緩步動物訂購學習票券者，推定消費者具備行為能力或已取得監護人之同意，並審閱相關售票資訊公開內容已滿三日或同意放棄審閱期，訂購時消費者須確實核對訂購的內容、價格。銷售訂單成立後即已售出，代表消費者同意訂單內容與價格。

捐款部分，屬於贊助樂捐行為，恕不提供退款換貨機制。

五、報名活動與訂購學習票卷時，應提供緩步動物正確詳實的資料，若所提供的個人資料不實或未更新，可能導致我們無法順利提供票券服務，同時我們也保留隨時暫停或終止你的相關權利。

六、結帳與付款

你可以使用信用卡付款。本網站與綠界科技Ecpay合作收取台灣本地的信用卡付款，與Paypal合作，收取海外的信用卡付款。交易安全技術將由第三方保證加密處理。

訂購成功後，緩步動物會以電子郵件寄送訂購成功。

七、 退、換票規定

在緩步動物所購票券，若符合以下退換票所規定，消費者可於票券售出後辦理退、換票。

• 票券購買者最遲要在活動日10日前（不含活動當日）辦理退、換票。
• 消費者於退、換票時酌收票面金額10%之手續費。

八、節目取消、異動或延期

若活動因故（包括不可抗力之因素）取消、異動或延期，緩步動物應即以適當方式通知消費者並以明顯方式公告，說明異動之原因，並協助全額退費。

九、購票證明與收據開立

訂購完成後，緩步動物將開立收據證明，作為付款訂購之證明。本單位為查定課徵營業人，所開立之收據效力等同發票。

十、消費者應遵守的義務

在使用我們的服務時，你已確認同意除了遵循法律的義務外，也同意不會透過我們的平臺上侵害他人權益，包含但不限於：

• 散播、植入任何干擾我們或其他使用者的惡意程式（病毒）。
• 假冒別人的電話、姓名等資料使用緩步動物網站，或未經同意假冒緩步動物行事。
• 在平臺上侵害他人名譽、隱私秘密、智慧財產權及其他權利。
• 以辱罵、不當言語、行為攻擊緩步動物相關人員。
• 緩步動物認為是客觀不當之行為。

十一、維護、更新與異動

緩步動物為維護服務品質，不定期進行軟硬體維護、升級、更新版本或搬遷等，過程中可能會暫停某部分或全部服務。緩步動物將會在網站、社群網站上公告通知，對因上述維護工作或不可抗力原因導致銷售服務暫停，其所造成的直接或間接損害，緩步動物不負任何損害賠償責任。

十二、關於服務條款

• 若你不同意或無法遵守本條款之任何一部分，請不要繼續使用緩步動物網站。
• 本服務條款之部分被認定無效時，對其他條款的效力並不影響。
• 緩步動物保有服務條款解釋與適用的權利，因本條款有關的爭議，或本條款未約定的事項，都依中華民國相關法規定辦理。
• 若遇爭議涉及訴訟，以臺灣臺北地方法院為管轄法院。

Return and Refund Policy

1. The terms and conditions of Moss Piglets' return and refund policy are effective from July 1, 2023, for consumers to review.

2. Operator: Moss Piglets

3. Definitions: In this policy, "tickets" refer to electronic tickets (anonymous or named) that are publicly sold for events, workshops, courses, etc. listed in the “You | learning program” section of this website, with a corresponding payment from the consumer. "Donations" refer to sponsorship support schemes listed in the "Future | Support" section of this website.

4. Consumer Information:

Consumers who purchase tickets through Moss Piglets are presumed to have the legal capacity or have obtained consent from their guardian. Consumers must carefully review the publicly available ticket information for at least three days or waive the review period. When placing an order, consumers must accurately verify the order details and price. Once the sales order is confirmed, it is considered sold, indicating the consumer's agreement to the order content and price.

Regarding donations, refunds and exchanges are not available.

5. When registering for events and purchasing tickets, consumers must provide accurate and complete information to Moss Piglets. Providing false or outdated personal information may result in our inability to provide ticket services, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your related privileges.

6. Checkout and Payment:

You can make payments using credit cards. This website collaborates with ECpay to process local credit card payments in Taiwan and collaborates with Paypal to process credit card payments from overseas. Transaction security technology is guaranteed through third-party encryption processing.

Upon successful booking, Moss Piglets will send a confirmation email.

7. Refund and Exchange Policy:

For tickets purchased through Moss Piglets, consumers may request refunds or exchanges if they meet the following conditions:

• Refunds or exchanges must be requested at least 10 days before the event (excluding the event day).
• A handling fee of 10% of the ticket face value will be charged for refunds or exchanges.

8. Program Cancellations, Changes, or Postponements: 

In the event of cancellations, changes, or postponements due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure), Moss Piglets will promptly notify consumers in an appropriate manner and make a clear announcement explaining the reasons for the changes. We will assist in providing a full refund.

9. Ticket Confirmation and Invoice Issuance:

After completing the booking, Moss Piglets will issue a receipt as proof of payment. The receipts issued by our organization, as a registered business entity subject to tax collection, have the same effect as invoices.

10. Consumer Obligations:

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply not only with legal obligations but also to refrain from infringing upon the rights of others through our platform, including but not limited to:

• Distributing or implanting any malicious programs (viruses) that disrupt our services or harm other users.
• Falsifying information such as phone numbers or names to use the Moss Piglets website or impersonating Moss Piglets without consent.
• Infringing upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other rights of others on the platform.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, inappropriate language, or behavior that attacks Moss Piglets staff members.
• Engaging in objectively inappropriate behavior, as determined by Moss Piglets.

11. Maintenance, Updates, and Modifications:

To maintain service quality, Moss Piglets conducts periodic software and hardware maintenance, upgrades, version updates, or relocations, which may result in partial or complete service interruptions. We will announce such maintenance activities on the website and social media platforms. Moss Piglets shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the suspension of services due to the aforementioned maintenance work or force majeure.

12. About the Service Terms:

If you do not agree with or cannot comply with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Moss Piglets website. The invalidity of any part of these terms and conditions does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining terms. Moss Piglets reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
